Conditions of Stay

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Final balance of payment is to be paid prior to occupancy or at the time you check in.
• Full payment of peak season bookings is required 30 days before arrival.
• If you reduce the number of days booked, less than 21 days before arrival, charges will be applied. If you paid a discounted tariff, unused days will be charged at the applicable rate, not a discounted rate. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those nights to minimise penalty costs.
• Cancellations: Your deposit is not refundable but if you change your plans we will try to accommodate your new dates. Your payments may be refundable if we are able to rebook other guests. However, a minimum 1 day charge will apply for off-peak bookings and 2 day charge for any peak season bookings.
• The rate we charge you does not allow for extra wear and tear, repairs etc so please look after the property during your stay and ensure it is clean and tidy when you leave. If our cleaners' report identifies a need for additional cleaning or that damage has been incurred you will be charged accordingly.
  
• Only the number of guests that you stated at the time of booking are to reside at the property during your stay. Additional guest numbers are to be agreed with us and extra charges may apply.
  
• If any damage is caused please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. If any appliances do not work please notify us as soon as possible.
  
• A gas BBQ is provided for your enjoyment; please leave it clean after using.
  
• Please remember that you are staying in an area where there are neighbours, so don't make noise or disturbances that would cause upset to neighbours or other guests. Sorry - but parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
  
• No Pets are allowed at the property.
  
• No Smoking is allowed at the property.
  
• If you catch fish, please clean them at the facilities provided at the harbour and surrounds. Please do not clean fish at Art on Hart.
  
• Please lock up when you are going out.
  
• Help save our precious natural resources and try not to waste water and electricity.
  
• Please ensure no illegal drugs are consumed nor illegal activities are conducted at the property.
